While I am drinking, I am drinking ChugaChaga tea. I made it this morning & have been waiting the 4 hours they recommended to drink this wonderful concoction. It's chaga tea. Check out their website to learn more about what chaga is. (Click on any ChugaChaga to go to their website.)
But I will tell you what I did; I divided the portion I purchased into 2 & after brewing a pot I let it sit for almost 5 hours, cause I was busy popping fletchs & sealing shafts for a new order, I poured it out into my gallon pitcher with our homemade raspberry sirup mixed with some local maple sirup & local honey. It didn't take much to sweeten this tea at all. The family won't even notice the difference from our regularly brewed tea which I have to add almost a cup of sugar to sweeten it enough for them. Except for the fact that the flavor won't be as harsh & they will be getting more nutrients then they could even imagine they won't know the difference.
The best part of this whole experience for me is that ChugaChaga is made practically in my own back yard, in Kenoza Lake, N.Y. right over our hill. So I get to drink a 100% locally mixed & mastered product. SO COOL!
Tell me what you think!
