7/17/2021 1 Comment Levels of Adventurers in TrainingKids these days don't spend nearly enough time outdoors. We all know this to be true but few of us know what to do about it. Well we want to give you a hand with that. At Bold Archery we believe it's not just our kids who need more Mother Nature quality time, but all of us.
We offer these camp classes for kids 8-15 (with a parent) and kids 16-18 (with or without a parent). We ask for a parent to join their kids, not only because we're not babysitters, but because we want a parent to Learn with their young so when your child goes home they can practice the skills they learn safely and under your watchful eye. All our courses are offered as continuing education classes, not just for the summer. You can surely take one class and see how you like it, or just take one class because you're visiting the area, but we want to see you come back week after week to learn more and more. Joseph helps your child learn how to safely handle camp tools and use them to create their own camps in the woods. He'll teach them what they need to carry and how to carry their gear safely with them every time they step into the wilderness. And for the kids who already have some gear but maybe missing crucial items, we provide kids with some of the gear we use ourselves to help complete they kits and keep them safe out in the woods as long as they want to be out there. These classes can also be of great benefit to Homeschoolers, it satisfies your physical education credits and over time history lessons as well, since the history of archery is as old as the history of man kind. (Homeschoolers please contact us for discounted pricing.) Juniors For Kids between 8 & 12 years of age. This course reviews the following topics of outdoor skills; please note no one class will cover everything.

And for those with more experience camping it’s easy to take the next steps to make your next outdoor experience a little more than average. Or once you've mastered the novice skills you can move on to the next step.
